I just want to express how wonderful my experience was with Jays Bridal. I was on a deadline and needed to order my dress asap. Being a Sunday, your offices were closed, however there was an online chat. I chated with a woman who assisted me, and then finally called me to finish up the entire process. She informed me normally on Sunday's its hard to get orders placed, and that she was even working from home that day! I don't know how I got so lucky. Every day mattered because of the deadline, so being able to place it a day sooner certainly helped. I paid for rushed delivery and was given an estimated delivery date (in May) for August 13. (Who knows how they can figure a date out that far in advance!) To the exact day, Aug 13, my dress arrived. I got email confirmation and tracking numbers also. The dress arrived in perfect condition and it is amazing. Thank you so very much for the wonderful experience I had with Jay's.

Hi, Okay, what can I say. I think my experience with Jay's was fantastic! I was stuck in a situation where I needed to order a dress for my daughter's engagement party, and I didn't have enough time to order. I am in California, and your online employee, Emily, was so kind. She spent time with me in online chat finding out exactly what I needed. She even checked the stock to see what was available in my size, in my color and style preference. I was able to purchase my dress online. I appreciated how helpful she was and how attentive to hearing what I was looking for. The transaction was very smooth. I received a confirmation of my order...and I even received an email that told me when the gown had left cameron blake and was on the way to Jay's for final review and shipment to me. My bridesmaid dress order arrived within the specified 8 - 10 week delivery period, after exactly 8 weeks actually, which was such a pleasant surprise. The dresses are beautiful and well made and I have
no complaints. The team was also very good at responding to my myriad of queries, which is very important when you're trying to plan a wedding. I would definitely recommend Jays to a friend and I'm sure I'll be back in
future to buy some dresses for myself. The website is also very informative and the terms and conditions are very clear if you take the time to read - this will eliminate any surprises e.g. additional postal charges.

I was a little nervous ordering my Casablanca wedding gown online, but Jay's got great reviews so I went for it. I appreciated that I not only got a confirmation e-mail after I placed my order, but I got a follow-up about six weeks later just letting me know that everything was still on schedule. When my dress and accessories arrived, everything was well packaged. I liked that my veil (which had a beaded edge) was folded so that the beadwork faced in, and it was wrapped in plastic so my veil was kept safe. My dress was also wrapped separately to protect the beadwork. My delicate tiara and earrings were placed in a small box, which kept them safe on their journey from Florida to Wisconsin…I can't wait to wear my gorgeous dress this December!! Hi Erica, I just wanted to send you a quick email to say thank you for all your assistance with purchasing my wedding gown. It arrived on Thursday of last week at my parents’ house and I tried it on over the weekend. It’s absolutely perfect. I was a bit worried that I might have been sent the wrong gown when I first saw the box (it was quite small and only weighed 4kgs) but I soon found out that you can pack a lot into that box. I really appreciate the emails informing me of the progress of my dress. I live in Adelaide Australia, so it was very comforting to receive the information and to be able to track the dress. This is to tell you what a wonderful experience I've had with Jay's Bridal.
Your sales associate, Ms. Erin Colson, really helped me out in my purchase of my Wedding gown, and Iʼd like to commend both her work and your company for the help Iʼve received.
In my wedding gown research I discovered Jaysbridal.com. Iʼll admit it seemed too good to be true. I read all the thorough information available on your website regarding the purchase. I called a few times to get pricing on the gowns I was considering, and I was informed on how to obtain the size that I needed to order. Every time I called service was very curteous and personal.
Once a found a shop that carried one of my top choices, I made an appointment to try it on and thatʼs when I knew what a great deal Jayʼs Bridal would be. The salon price was almost 30% more than Jayʼs and their shipping and custom length pricing was at least twice that of Jayʼs!
When I placed my order, Erin walked me thru the measurement process step by step. She explained to me how they would verify the length in-house with one of their sales staff.
I chose to place a rush order on the gown and it came in 2 weeks earlier than I expected! I tried it on that same day and it fit perfectly! And the gown is gorgeous!
I also contacted Erin via email regarding help with bridesmaid dresses. She answered all the questions she could and although we weren't able to find a match for the Ann Taylor dresses I had chosen, she did eveything she could to help.
If making talented sales representatives like Ms. Colson available to your customers is an indication of the service that I can expect in future, you can be sure that Iʼll recommend Jayʼs Bridal to future brides-to-be. Thanks again! Sincerely,

Dear Erin and staff @ Jays Bridal - I have to thank you from the bottom of my heart for all the kind correspondence you gave me throughout the last couple of months. I live in Japan, but I am Australian and finding the right dress for me in Japan is a task in itself. I gave up on that search and started to look online at possible designers that I liked. I asked my mum in Australia to have a look in the bridal shops back there for the same dresses and prices. We were quoted over $2000 for the dresses I was interested in. So, feeling that it was over what I was looking to spend I decided to search of reputable online bridal shops. I came across Jaysbridal. I was a bit reluctant at first to buy my dress online as I couldnt try on the dress myself and I wasnt sure if what I would end up receiving was what I'd ordered. The staff at Jaysbridal especially Erin was so helpful. I had every email answered promptly with the best advice each time. I asked many questions and Erin made me feel comfortable and not stupid for asking these kinds of questions. That made me feel more comfortable with ordering from them. I ended up purchasing my dress back in July 2007 and I was given an estimate date of November 6th for arrival to Jaysbridal and then about a week till it would get to me in Japan. The dress arrived in Japan on the 8th November earlier than I had expected. It is absolutely beautiful and I can't wait to wear it on my wedding day in March 2008 in Bali. I have also purchased all my bridesmaids dresses from Jaysbridal as well. And my maids are eagerly awaiting their arrival. Thank you so much for all your kind service and attention. I would recommend Jaysbridal to every bride. You have such a great range and prices are great as well!

Hi Erica - Last week, I all of a sudden discovered that I needed a dress to be bridesmaid at the 30th of Sept wedding of a close friend in America. Needless to say, I was in a bit of a panic (not wanting to disappoint my friend, who would have a hole in her bridal party, but also knowing that we were well past the threshold for ordering a dress from the Dessy group as she had chosen). I found Jay's Bridal on the web and rang up straight away -- and was lucky enough to get Erin Colson on the other end of the line. She was calming, realistic and friendly; explained to me that while the deadline had indeed passed, she would be willing to go straight to the supplier to see about finding a Dessy dress in the right colour and size. I already felt better. Erin got back to me promptly; it seems that the Dessy warehouse didn't have anything to offer us, but she wasn't out of ideas. She suggested that I try to alter an existing Dessy dress with extra fabric (which, sadly, wasn't an option because there wasn't an existing dress to be found), and then that Alfred Angelo's colour swatches were close enough that I might want to consider a dress from them. She even contacted their own warehouses to see what was available in my size. As the bride had asked us bridesmaids to choose our own style from the Dessy line, a matching colour from another line was a brilliant option. I felt hugely relieved. As it turns out, to be thorough I went back to the London retailer I knew who fitted Dessy dresses and they managed to locate one in my colour and size that apparently isn't distributed in the US. The bride has chosen that one, but I wanted to be sure that Erin received credit for her creativity, persistence and strong customer service when I found myself in quite a pickle. I'm sorry that the purchase hasn't gone through Jay's, but I'm greatly in your debt for helping me feel like all was not lost. Many thanks!! Kind regards,

Hi Erica! I got the dress! Even tried it on today (at home), with the help of my mom. I am so happy! I am so thankful to you for advising to take the zero size. I will still need to do some alterations, mainly to take off some length, and add pads in the chest area. The jewelry is very beautiful! Together, the whole look is fantastic. Hi Erica. Just to let you know that I have now received my dress in the UK. My parents brought it for me from the US. It is absolutely wonderful. Massive thanks too for the extra bead work done. Really beautiful. The tiara too is excellent. Above all thank you so much for an excellent customer service across the ocean. I will definitely be recommending Jays bridal to everyone I know. I was very wary of buying my wedding dress over the internet, but I must say the service I received was far more than I could have imagined and so excellent.
